Affiliate Program

Share Hanzo AI with prospective users and review referral activity in the affiliate dashboard. Eligibility, qualification, and any applicable credits follow the current Elite and Operator program terms.

What this page covers

  • How the referral link and tracking system works
  • How qualifying Elite and Operator referrals are recorded
  • Where to review current program terms and eligibility
  • How to share the platform accurately with prospective users

How the Affiliate System Works

  1. Get your referral link

Navigate to Profile → Affiliate Dashboard and use the link provided there. Do not construct or publish a link format manually.

  2. Share your link

Share your link with your audience — in your Twitter bio, YouTube description, Discord community, or directly with traders you mentor.

  3. A qualifying user joins

When a prospective user uses your link and completes a qualifying Elite or Operator subscription, the referral is recorded for eligibility review under the current program terms.

  4. Review the dashboard

The affiliate dashboard is the source for current referral status and any applicable program credits. Timing and qualification are subject to the displayed terms.

Current Program Terms

This page does not publish reward amounts or commission rates. Refer to the affiliate dashboard for the current qualification criteria and any applicable credits. The program is separate from trading performance and does not promise income.

Using Affiliate Credits

Where the current program provides credits, the account dashboard identifies how they can be used. Availability, balances, and applicable usage rules may change; review the confirmation screen before spending credits.

Affiliate Dashboard

The Affiliate Dashboard (Profile → Affiliate) is the source for current referral status and any applicable program terms:

  • Referral records and current qualification status, where available
  • Current account-credit balance and applicable usage rules, where available
  • Program notices, terms, and dashboard review status

What Content Converts Best

Affiliates should use accurate, clearly disclosed descriptions of the platform's educational features. Do not imply that model outputs predict results or that using Hanzo AI improves trading performance.

  • Screenshots showing how the platform organizes session-window data
  • Wyckoff educational examples that include both supported and contradicted model labels
  • Operator Agent briefings labeled as AI-generated analysis rather than predictions
  • Clearly labeled Phantom Desk simulations with no implication of live results
  • AI Coach reflection examples that avoid medical, financial, or performance claims

Promotional Strategy Guide

Affiliate campaigns should describe a specific educational workflow without making earnings, outcome, win-rate, accuracy, or conversion-rate claims. Examples:

'How I configure a paper evaluation'Learners exploring prop-firm rule simulationsSimulation only; third-party rules may changeTwitter/X, Reddit

'A walkthrough of Phantom Desk study metrics'People researching simulation toolsNo live-performance implicationTwitter/X, blog
'How the Pine Script generator works'People learning strategy scriptingGenerated code requires independent reviewTwitter/X, GitHub

Reviewing a fictional evaluation scenario in Phantom Desk:

What the simulator displays:
- Configurable example rules
- Drawdown and journal fields
- Session-window and model labels

This is paper-only educational use, not a live result or recommendation.

Compliance & Disclosure Requirements

When promoting Hanzo AI as an affiliate, you are required to disclose the affiliate relationship in any promotional content. This is both a Hanzo AI policy requirement and a legal requirement in most jurisdictions (FTC in the US, ASA in the UK, etc.).

  • Always disclose affiliate status clearly — 'This is an affiliate link' or '#ad' or '#sponsored'
  • Never fabricate P&L results or make specific performance claims not supported by your own data
  • Phantom Desk results are simulated — disclose that they are not live trading results
  • Do not claim Hanzo AI provides investment advice or financial recommendations
  • Do not use Hanzo AI's name, logo, or brand without the provided affiliate creative assets

Sharing Responsibly

Share accurate descriptions of the platform and link to the current affiliate dashboard. Explain that feature availability, eligibility, and program terms may change. Do not promise conversions, credits, commissions, performance, or trading outcomes.
